Listing of all available small groups Inquirer will click on Request Info for a particular group to request more information

Inquirer sends request:Inquirer will be able to indicate a day and time which is most convenient to contact him and also add comments/questions about the group.Clicking Send Request sends an email to the SG Leader. Inquirer is unable to view the SG Leader email address.

After the request is sent, the inquirer is taken back to the search screen and a note confirming the sent request pops up on the screen.The inquirer can request info from other groups using the same process.

SG Leaders receive emails requesting info on their SG.Make sure your email filters will accept emails from the domain acstechnologies.com.When a request is received, the SG Leader needs to take two actions: 1. Respond to the inquiry2. Let the SG Tracking Coordinator know you have followed up with the inquiry.

SG Leader complete Small Group Connection:
- Input date of contact- Input how contact was made- Escalate to SG Tracking Coordinator, Rebecca Elam,for placement in small group or further action- Input any additional comments on contact.- Click Save

SG Tracking Coordinator places individuals on small group roster, or works with the inquirer to locate another small group to try.
It is imperative, that you, as a SGL, communicate well to the inquirerand the Adult Connection Coordinator.Our purpose is not to collect data but to intentionally connect people into meaningful relationships for the sake of the Gospel.
