Description:
Citibike is New York City's public bike sharing system. Locals have embraced the system with yearly memberships have exceeding 100,000. However, part of the financial model for the system’s success was a greater proportion of riders being tourists, who have to pay higher, a la carte prices. So far, they have not embraced Citibike, so the viability of the system is in doubt. Objective: determine why tourists aren't using Citibike, and create a strategy to attract them.
