After the sightseeing we invite you to taste regional cuisine. The most popular and peculiar local dishes include, e.g. „Pyra z gzikiem” (potatoes with cottage cheese). The potato tradition in Greater Poland dates back to the 19th century. The next culinary specialty is the tasty Saint Martin Croissant. In a beautiful Renaissance townhouse overlooking the town hall, you will hear a lecture in a living museum on the secrets and baking of Saint Martin Croissants. After you enter your hotel, you can enjoy other local specialties in the hotel restaurant. 3 st day Excursion to the Rogalin residence (optional). The local palace was built in the second half of the 18th century as the family seat of Raczyński. Imposing here are the picture gallery and beautiful library. Take a stroll trought a French and English garden built behind the palace and a landscaped park with a collection of old oak trees over 700 years old. In the afternoon time for shopping.
