CITY OF TAMPA COMMUNITY HEROES HOMEOWNERSHIP PROGRAM Presented by the City of Tampa Housing and Community Development (HCD) Division in partnership with Federal Home Loan Bank-Atlanta The Community Heroes Homeownership Program will allow us to thank our first responders in a meaningful way with a place to call home. ELIGIBLE BUYERS INCLUDE: • Law Enforcement Personnel • Fire Rescue Personnel • K-12 Public School Staff • Other First Responders • Hospital/Medical Personnel • Code Enforcement Officers • Building Inspectors • Parks and Recreation Staff • Planning and Development Staff Eligible participants can receive a $5,000 grant to match the $15,000 provided through the City’s Program.
