• 51% Female

• 13% Unemployed, 66% employed

• 60% between the ages of 20 and 40

• ±103 000 job opportunities in the Inner City

• Minimum and maximum rental levels in general higher than in Johannesburg CBD (SAPOA Mar ‘05)

• Residential development expected to continue

• Certain key catalytic developments have or are taking place
