CIVIK This staircase is built in pressedsteel with plastification in three diffe-rent colours: black (RAL 9017), white (RAL 9010) or grey (RAL 9006). The handrail, in aluminium and polyu-rethane, is black.The treads are covered with blackpanels, made of hard-wearing, non-slip material.This staircase is supplied with a uni-versal landing to allow installation intoany shape and size ceiling openings. The clockwise or anticlockwise win-ding direction may be decided during the assembly.

The diameters of the staircase are3’11¼”, 4’7� ”, 5’3”.The staircase height can vary from8’3¼” to 10’� ”.Calculate the height of the rise consul-ting the assembly instructions (Tab. 2)which are on our website www.arke-stairs.com or contact our sales points. PHOENIX This staircase combinesthe colours of steel, black (RAL9017), white (RAL 9010) or grey(RAL 9006), with the natural beautyof the polished beech wood treadswith a light (natural). The handrail is in aluminum andwooden effect PVC and it is inlight colour, according with thetreads' dye.Accessories are black for theblack stair and grey for the greyand white stairs. The staircase is supplied with alanding that needs to be cut to theright size when assembling, toallow installation into any shapeand size ceiling openings. The

KompactThe Kompact staircase kit is the only one available with adjustable rise, run, height, depth and rotation. The 152 variedpossibilities of configuration allow for a wide variety of options to choose from.

Choosing your configuration, you will have to bear in mind the floor space available and therequired headroom (ceiling opening). The advised ceiling opening must have at least the dimen-sions of the staircase less two treads (see Diagram).

Is there already an opening on the ceiling? From the 152 diagrams, select one with smallerdimension than the opening itself. The ceiling opening must have at least the dimensions of thestaircase, less two treads. Before choosing any additional kit, be sure if you are dealing withKOMPACT 29” or KOMPACT 35”.

Is the opening to be cut to size ? Identify which of the 152 diagrams is the most suitable for you,according to floor space, direction, etc. The ceiling opening must have at least the dimensionsgiven in the selected diagram, less two treads (see Diagram).

Before choosing any additional kit, be sure if you are dealing with KOMPACT 29” or KOMPACT 35”.

Additional ArticlesTREADSNeeded in case of Floor to Floor heights over 303 cm. It includes a metal support, one tread and balusters for the internalrailing. For heights lower than 225 cm, simply assemble fewer treads. EXTERNAL RAILING Needed when part of the staircase is not fitted against a wall. It includes 5 balusters, one handrail and all necessary fixing.The additional external railing increases the staircase measurement of 4 cm. BALUSTRADE Can be linked to the stair railing and may be used to protect the stairwell or landing (120 cm modular units, 10 balusters, handrail in solid beech and fixings).

KARINA This staircase is particularly suited for nar-row spaces. Its clever supporting structure, madeof steel interlocking elements, allows different confi-gurations and is available in three different colours:black (RAL 9017), white (RAL 9010) or grey (RAL9006). The accessories are black.The polished beech wood treads with a light (natu-ral) are of a special shape to guarantee maximumutilisation of space without compromising the stairfunctionality.The staircase is supplied with one side railing.With the purchase of one or more additional treadsyou can reach a height of 10’9½”. If the railing isnecessary on both sides, additional railings and tre-ads are available and can be purchased on request.
