CAP provides aerospace/STEM products and programs to educate and ignite the minds, hearts, and spirits of K-12 youth and educators.

CAP educator members integrate aerospace lessons into the curriculum to promote STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) subjects and career options for K-12 youth.

CAP‘s Cadet Program provides a positive group environment for ages 12-20 to foster good character and leadership; enable mentorship; and provide exciting flight and STEM career exploration opportunities.

Teacher Orientation Program (TOP) Flights: Professional development

that teaches and excites educators about flight to share with their students K-12 Aerospace Education

Excellence (AEX) Award Program: Focuses students on STEM subject relevance via absorbing, inquiry- based activities

K-6 Aerospace Connections in Education (ACE) Program: Engages youth in aerospace- themed STEM, character ed, & physical fitness lessons

K-12 STEM Kit Program: Ignites interest in STEM subjects and careers via aviation, space, and cyber topics

Aerospace Education Member: Special category of membership in CAP for any adult who works in any formal or informal educational capacity– educators and youth leaders in class-rooms, libraries, museums, etc.

AEMs do not attend meetings or wear a uniform, but work with youth- - -guiding them toward healthy, positive & productive goals/future endeavors and STEM careers.

AEMs are entitled to a multitude of FREE aerospace/STEM products and

programs to enrich and supplement the core curricula, such as:

Over 40 national academic standards-based educational K-12 print & online products, as well as additional free STEM Kits & products for robotics, as-tronomy, satellite systems, R/C Aircraft, rocketry, flight, engineering, and much more!
