In Georgia, Civil Service Bureau operates from 2004. From 2009 Civil Service Bureau obtained the function of handling asset declarations of high officials. Currently Bureau

is an advisory body to the President of Georgia

• E-document-flow system isdeveloped to improve effectivenessof management.

• The Program enables effectivestorage and search of information,prompt registration of documents,their submission to head officialsand transfer to appropriate units.

• After being scanned, document isplaced in database and submittedto its destination electronically.
