Departmental activities during academic year 2016-17
Industrial visits provide an excellent opportunity to interact with industries and know more about industrial environment. Industrial visits are arranged by colleges to students with an objec�ve of providing students func�onal opportunity in different sectors like Construc�on, Manufacturing and services, finance and marke�ng. Industrial visit helps to combine theore�cal knowledge with industrial knowledge. Industrial reali�es are opened to the students through industrial visits.

Contractor, Sangli) given lecture to inform student about current trends in construc�on on date 13/09/2016.Guest lecture on subject Surveying was held by Mr. S. V. Chikurde (Lecturer WCE ,Sangli) on date 03/01/2017A lecture on Soil explora�on was held by Mr. M. M. Maske, (HOD, RIT Islampur) on 06/01/2017 for be�er understanding & overview of Geotech. Introduc�on to so�ware, their demand and use in real world applica�on was demonstrated in lecture taken by Mr. V. B. Pa�l, (Aditya Projects, Kolhapur) on 07/01/2017.
