Phase one:

initiation
Objective: Define project charter and identify stakeholders. Analyse „as-is” situation with regard to all legislative and building requirements.
Activities: Identify resources; Define roles and accountabilities; Define governance structure; Outline objectives, scope, benefits and risks; Develop implementation approach; Develop resource plan.
Deliverables: Project charter; Stakeholder register; „As-is” report.
This is the most crucial phase in the Project Life Cycle, as it is the phase in
which we define project objectives, scope, purpose and deliverables to be
produced. Well defined and executed start-up stage is the foundation for
the efficient and effective overall process of project management. We
establish on-going project governance model, hire our project team and set
up a partnership network.
