Warm Up – movement or phrase to raise core body temperature; prepare the body for movement; bring mind to focus

Space – area around you which extends in all directions (levels, pathways, shapes)

Personal space – your personal “bubble” ; arms’s length apart

General space – the area beyond your personal space; area that you can travel through
