I t is observed that members cf the publ ic continue to post postal articles of s'zes less than the min imum prescribed by the regulations of the Post Office.

2. The attention of senders of postal, articles is, therefore, again inv i t ed y to the Post Office Rules which require that postal articles must be made up i n such a form as not to be l ike ly to embarrass the officers of the Post. Office i n deal ing wi th the art icle d u r i n g its transmission through the post.

3. Postal packets which consist of open or closed envelopes, cards, or folded sl ips of a size less than 10 cms. x 7 cms., are regarded as embarrassing postal packets and are prohibited from transmission by post.

4. Ar t ic les posted i n contravention of this notice w i l l , i f p repa id at the rate of postage for p r in ted papers, be treated as undeliverablc and dealt wi th accordingly. I f prepaid at the letter rate of postage they w i l l be returned to senders. ^ 7th August, 1945.
