This product is specifically designed for use in applications where cleanliness levels meeting orexceeding IEST-CC-STD 1246D level 100 are necessary. ‘CleanTuff’ contains no additives such asslip, anti-block or antioxidants and exhibits excellent characteristics in the areas of IonicContamination, Outgassing, Non-Volatile Residue and Cleanliness. It does not exhibit the typicalcharacteristics of Low Density Barefoot material such as difficulty in opening the bags. It hasimproved strength, puncture resistance and excellent seal strength. These attributes allow thethickness of the film to be reduced or greatly improving the performance over standard resins.

This product is specifically designed for use in applications where cleanliness levels meeting or exceed-ing IEST-CC-STD 1246D level 100 are necessary. Standard ‘CleanTuff’ contains no additives suchas slip, anti-block or antioxidants and exhibits excellent characteristics in the areas of IonicContamination, Outgassing, Non-Volatile Residue and Cleanliness. ‘CleanTuff’ (Anti-stat) does bynature contain a proprietary antistatic additive which will have an effect on the chemical cleanlinessof the bag. It does not exhibit the typical characteristics of Low Density Barefoot material such asdifficulty in opening the bags. This material has improved strength, puncture resistance andexcellent seal strength. These attributes allow the thickness of the film to be reduced or greatlyimproving the performance over standard resins.
