Precision Air Classifiers

Precision Air Classifiers are high precision two way separators working on the terminal velocity principle for the separation of aero-dynamically lighter material from heavier material. Lifting velocity is dependent on the shape, surface texture and density which affects the aerodynamic behaviour of the product in the air stream.

Screen Separators

Screen Separators ensures acurate size gradation of all types of granular materials to three to four size fractions. This machine removes oversize impurities and fine impurities and separates hulls and husk from dehulled and dehusked material. Screen Separators are positive eccentric, high speed vibrating separators that ensure accurate, high capacity, high quality size separations.

Destoners

Destoners are designed for high capacity, high accuracy two way separation of dry granular material on the principle of stratified floatation of lighter product from heavier impurities such as stones, metals, etc. Forsberg Agritechmanufactures Vacuum Type Destoners which are fully sealed systems for pollution free operation and Pressure Type Destoners that are open deck systems.

Mini Oil Mill

The Forsberg AgritechSHARDA Mini Oil Mill is a complete oil mill with vacuum filtration pump that gives high viscosity filtered oil from all edible and inedible seeds. Filtration of oil is better than bigger oil mills giving transparent pure natural and ‘at a stretch convincing appearance’ to oil.

The Forsberg Agritech Mini Rice Mill

The Forsberg Agritech Mini Rice Mill is a one pass rice mill that separates the chaff from the paddy and includes a polisher that gives polished rice as final product. The machine is easy to operate and in a single operation separates the chaff from the paddy during hulling and bran from the brown rice during polishing through a completely automatic system.

Pellet & Briquette Machine

Forsberg Agritech Pellet Machine works on a two wheel extrusion process principle and makes solid pellets from agricultural wastes such as rice husk and saw dust. These Pellets are Eco – Friendly.

The Forsberg Agritech Briquette Machine has a screw extruder press with a heated taper die. Extrusion is used to create briquettes of a fixed cross sectional profile where the material is pushed through a die. The machine forms finished parts with an excellent surface finish. The high pressure in the machine minimizes the need for any additives or adhesives, thus being more energy efficient and cost effective

Daal Mill

FORSBERG AGRITECH Mini Daal Mill is a Semi-Automatic Composite Unit that consists of a Dehusking Machine, an Aspirator Assembly and a Reciprocating Sieving Arrangement, all combined together in a manner that the entire system operates on a 1 H.P. electric motor. The machine also Dehusks and Splits about 80 to 150 kgs of pulses per hour. Pre-milled pulses follow the same procedure.
