 RUBBISH:  We  offer  daily  site  visits  to  check  bins,  empty  them  as  required,  replace  bin  liners  and  dispose  of  rubbish.    

 MANUAL  CLEANING:  High  traffic  areas  need  more  attention  and  deteriorate  markedly  if  left  unattended.  Lifts,  lobbies,  entrance  areas,  toilets,  office  windows,  ticket  machines,  signage,  pipes.  It’s  all  part  of  the  job  and  taken  care  of.  Each  site  is  different  –  some  areas  need  daily  attention,  others  only  once  a  week  or  even  monthly.  

MANUAL  SWEEPING:  Entrance  areas,  lanes,  walkways,  ramps  are  traps  for  dust,  leaves  and  litter.  Our  crews  inspect  and  patrol  these  areas  on  an  agreed  basis  and  keep  them  looking  clean.  

POWER  BLOWING:  Surfaces  behind  wheel  stops,  in  corners,  raised  ledges,  traffic  islands,  ramps,  bottom  of  stairwells  etc…  collect  dust  and  litter  where  it  can’t  be  reached  by  motorised  equipment.  Our  operators  use  industrial  grade  blowers  to  move  unwanted  materials  into  the  path  of  ride-­‐on  sweepers  for  collection  and  disposal.  

POWER  SWEEPING  AND  SCRUBBING:  Large  surface  areas  like  ramps,  driveways  and  parking  bays  are  more  economically  cleaned  using  high  capacity,  motorised  equipment.  Car  parks  usually  need  to  be  swept  regularly  to  remove  a  build  up  of  dust,  leaves  and  litter.  For  a  more  detailed  clean  a  wet  scrubber  can  apply  degreaser,  clean  and  squeegee  the  area  dry  in  a  short  space  of  time.    

GUM  REMOVAL:  Chewing  gum  is  an  ever-­‐present  problem.  It  is  very  difficult  to  remove  and  leaves  stains  in  concrete  and  paved  surfaces  if  not  dealt  with.  Our  specialized  gum  removers  inject  detergents  into  a  spray  of  steam  that  dissolves  the  gum  and  allows  for  efficient  removal.    

INDUSTRIAL  BLASTING:  High  pressure  cleaning,  steam  cleaning  or  soda  blasting  can  be  used  when  everything  else  fails.  While  not  economical  over  large  areas,  these  methods  achieve  better  results  when  detailing  masonry,  concrete  and  steel  that  has  been  affected  by  extremely  stubborn  stains,  corrosions  or  failing  coatings.
