EnGinE room ClEAninG AnD mAinTEnAnCEWe provide a complete range of cleaning and maintenance products for routine but vital cleaning tasks in the heart of the vessel. These include: degreasers, cleaners for electrical equipment, specialised cleaners for the removal of carbon deposits, cleaners for oil separator discs, and cleaners to maintain the efficiency of air cooler heat exchangers. By combining these products with our

wide range of cleaning equipment, you will get a solution that enhances their performance, reduces chemical consumption, and helps the environment.

DECk AnD HullDeck and hull cleaning typically involves degreasing a surface and then removing rust before repainting. We provide effective cleaners as well as a range of high-pressure cleaning and sandblasting equipment to help with rust removal. And for ferries and cruise vessels, we supply high quality cleaners to keep windows and wood surfaces clean and pristine.

TAnk AnD CArGo HolD ClEAninGOur specialised cleaners and cleaning equipment kits ensure efficient and effective cleaning of tanks and cargo holds. This means a shorter turnaround time in port as well as a cost-effective cleaning solution. Our cleaning kits are packed in custom-made containers that are safe and easy to transport and store. Detailed instructions are provided in various languages, making equipment easy to assemble and operate for all crew. And all equipment is supplied ready to use, complete with hoses and fittings.

With unitor cargo hold cleaning kits, all cleaning operations can be carried out from the tanktop without the need for lifting equipment or scaffolding. it’s a more effective way of cleaning, saving time in port and reducing the risks of contamination and rejected cargo.

We work constantly to make sure our cleaning chemicals and equipment meet the highest safety requirements and cause the least environmental impact. For Wilhelmsen Ships Service, it’s all about minimising the risks while maximising efficiency.

All Unitor chemicals are produced at our own factory under strict quality controls according to ISO 9001/14001. Safety data sheets and product data sheets are attached to every pail and drum.

Our tank cleaning products are produced in line with the latest IMO/MARPOL regulations. In addition, we provide a full range of personal protection equipment so your crew can work in safety during even the most challenging cleaning operations.
