Forum Achievements

At the Forum I have seen that there are many possibilities for enterprising
companies like ours, that has the possibility of having a differentiated product and
doing something bigger.
Borja Vallina, Managing Director of Bidatek
Winner of Cleantech Open 2011 - California
“ The value of the Cleantech Forum for Avantium can be demonstrated best from the fact that we closed our latest funding round of EUR 30M with a lead investor we met first at the Cleantech Forum Paris 2010, where they
saw our showcase presentation.”
Frank Roerink, Chief Financial Officer, Avantium
Relevant testimonials
9
“Once again you pulled off a remarkable
conference. Heard only great
feedback. The testimony is the quality of
the people that came and its better each
year. If there is one conference to go to,
this is the one.”
Andre Shortell, Partner, GP Bullhound
“The last three days in Munich have
been most valuable to me personally
and to our venturing activities. What
better can show the value of this
meeting than seven immediate follow-
up meetings that I will schedule in the
next few days / weeks, in addition to
several other follow-up exchanges of
information.”

The Palacio Euskalduna will host the Cleantech Forum Europe from 16 to 18 April 2013
The Palacio Euskalduna Conference Centre embodies one of the key elements in the transformation of Bilbao, emerging from a dry dock where the Euskalduna shipyard once stood, an obvious tribute to the metalworking and shipbuilding tradition of the Bilbao river estuary.

Guggenheim Bilbao Museum was built between October 1993 and October
1997, and the chosen location, at an old port and industrial wharf, meant the
recovery of the river for the city and its re-urbanization for the culture and
leisure.
