Management (IITRAM), situated in the throbbing city of

Ahmedabad in Maninagar area, is established as a University

under Gujarat State Legislature Act no. 5 of 2013.

l IITRAM is governed by the Board of Governors (BoG). BoG

comprises of Chairman, Director General, three ex-officio

Secretary from Government of Gujarat, two academicians,

One VC or ex-VC and three experts from different areas.

l The Academic Council is the principal academic body of the

University. It consists of the Director General (Chairman of

the council), three academicians, two directors, two Deans

and Faculties of University school.

l The Finance Committee consists of the Chairman, one

member of BoG, Director General, Secretory of Gujarat

Finance Department, ex-officio, and one expert in the field of

finance nominated by BoG.

l Registrar is the Secretary of the BoG, the Academic Council

as well as the Finance Committee.

IITRAM currently offers following programs :

from Gujarat State on the basis of Admission Committee for

Professional Courses (ACPC) merit and 50% from All India Central

Seat Allotment Board (CSAB) of NITs/IIITs.

l Reservations for SC, ST and, OBC Students as applicable.

l At present fees are Rs. 1, 00,000* INR.

* For Gujarat domicile boys - Rs. 50,000 per annum

(considering 50% scholarship provided by Govt of Gujarat)

* For Gujarat domicile girls - Rs. 40,000 per annum

(considering 60% scholarship provided by Govt. of Gujarat)

CENTER OF EXCELLENCE

MoU is signed by IITRAM with the Siemens Industry Software(INDIA) Pvt. Ltd., Designtech Systems Ltd. and the Industries

Commissionerate (Government of Gujarat) to establish Centre of

Excellence (CoE).

The CoE shall comprise the labs like :

The Library Resource Center (LRC) provides vital support for teaching, learning,

and research activities of the Institute using the state-of-the-art library and

information services. The LRC is rapidly developing its collection of books,

reference books, periodicals, and electronic resources. At present, the LRC has

wide collection of books, which includes text books, reference books, a fine

collection of books on Literature and English Language and a vast collection of

Biographies, and General interest titles. LRC is fully automated with SOUL 2.0

Integrated Library Management Software and also implemented integrated RFID

Technology. LRC has an access to online journals like :

IITRAM has well-equipped computer labs having latest desktops

with a Multi-processor server, Latest PCs, Wireless Networking

Devices with all necessary licensed software and open source

software. Modular Object Oriented Dynamic Learning

effectiveness of Teaching Learning Procedure.
