This page should appear. Click “Go” in the left gold box (circled red in the above picture)

A page similar to this should appear with perhaps different books. Click on the word “My Account” where you see the red circle on the right side of the screen!

Page 5: Click  “Click Here” by Scout the puppy dog (circled red in the above picture).

A box should pop up. Be sure you enter information on the left side!

For faculty, your Library ID is your Klein Employee ID # and your password is klein.

For students, your Library ID is S with Klein ID# and your password is the last 4 digits of your Klein ID#.

If your PIN number is not working, don’t worry. The librarian can change it!

You can see that I have 3 books checkout out right now.

Their titles are Canyons, Valleys, and Mountains.

Page 7: Click  “Click Here” by Scout the puppy dog (circled red in the above picture).

To search for books in the library click on the “X” near My Account to leave your account information

To search for a book in the Ehrhardt Library, type in the title or the author of the book in the search engine located at the top of the page.

You can see that the Junie B. Jones book I want is not available and there is box where you can click to request the book

.

To request a book, Choose the second radio button that says “I want a specific copy.”

Be sure to check the box that is next to Ehrhardt so you do not request a book from another school. All requests for books from other schools must go through the librarian.

Also, pay attention to “Item Status.” Books listed as “Missing” were not in the library during the last inventory so they will probably not become available.

When you are finished, don’t forget to click on “Submit Request.”

If the hold was placed correctly, the following message will appear. Click “Ok.”

You may now search for another book or click on “My Account.”
