Click on Devices and Printers from your start menu. Click on Add a Printer Choose Add a Network Printer

Network Printer
Choose the
network printer
you wish to add
and click Next.
You may see this message – If you do, click on Install driver.
Driver will install
automatically.
If the driver
installs
successfully you
will see this
screen. Click
Next.
Set the printer as
your default
printer if you
want your
documents to go
automatically to
this printer, then
click Finish.
To set up a Ricoh 8000 as a document server, right click on the printer
and choose Printing Preferences.
In the “Job Type” drop down box, select Document Server
Click on the Details button.
Enter your copier code for User ID and your Username for User Name.
Click on the valid access tab. Enter your copier code for the user code.
Close out of the Printing Preferences by clicking Apply and OK.
