Supplier Management:How has your company been evaluated by Siemens?
In the menu "Supplier Evaluation Results" you can view your company's results of the Siemens Supplier Evaluation.
Results will only appear if you have already been evaluated by a Siemens division and if the evaluating division has released the results for the supplier's view.
Each supplier can only see the results of his company (incl. related entities).
If you have registered for the “Advanced Business Service“ you can request a benchmark analysis of your results.

Supplier Management:One step further: Supplier Classification
Supplier Classification combines the retro-spective Supplier Evaluation results with the future-oriented component "Strategic Status“.
Data will only appear here if you have already been classified in this sense by a Siemens division and if the respective division has released the data for the supplier's view.

The system will automatically inform you by email when a new or updated document has been posted for you.
Comments posted by the buyer are displayed here.
By double-click or clicking on "Open file“you can open the selected document.
To confirm the content of a document click here.

Communication / Purchasing Contacts:Provide your sales team with relevant Siemens contacts worldwide
Find a listing of the contact persons of all Siemens organizations who are in charge of the Siemens Commodity Codes (ESN) you selected in your profile.

Communication / News:Enter news for Siemens users such as special offers, product info, trade fair presence, ...
The "News" feature is your direct and effective communication channel to the Siemens users. You can use it to quickly and efficiently transmit messages and additional information to Siemens users.All users see the latest News temporarily on c4s' homepage (newsticker). Siemens users who are in charge of the ESN you offer are in addition automatically informed by email.
Enter an informative title, write your message in English, set its validity period (max. 1 year).
Click on “Next” in order to upload attachments, in this case please select common file formats such as pdf, ppt or doc.Otherwise click on "OK" in order to save the “News”.

Communication / Communication Areas:Secure exchange of information and documents
Siemens users can invite you to participate in protected Communication Areas where you can securely exchange information and documents.
All participants are automatically informed by email about invitations to new areas or changes in existing ones.
Select the desired Communication Area from those available to you and click on "Search" to display the entries included in it. The entries will appear in the table below and can be opened by double-click or by clicking on "Open". Attachments can be downloaded to your PC.

Communication / Communication Areas:Benchmark of your Supplier Evaluation results versus your competition
If you‘ve requested a benchmark analysis of your evaluation results you will soon be invited by email to a Communication Area.
This will contain a benchmark of your supplier evaluation(s) compared to the average of all evaluations for this ESN at Siemens as well as to the best competitor (anonymously, of course).
