UX Designer Online Platform- offering solutions to gig economy. (NDA) July 2018 I used Agile Methodology as my approach for this personal project. Time boxed /Iterative Approach to Delivery. Client Brief- “To integrate a new dog walking service feature into an app, simply and smoothly.” After being involved in successful agile project- group work, I approached client to see if I could assist further and continue to work with them for my personal project. Process- >Crafted interview questions and did User Research in the form of 1on1s and CI’s. >Af�inity Mapped to form key insights. >Developed Personas that represented their users based on research �indings. >Created User Journey to communicate the users story. >Facilitated Ideation session and did Rapid Iteration with client to create concepts. >Created Wireframes with a focus on solving the users problems. >Created low �idelity Interactive Prototypes to test user solutions. >Crafted User Testing questions. >Usability Testing with Prototype to determine outcomes. >Presented to client to deliver �inal �indings and deliverables. Deliverables- Artifacts included, Personas, User Journey, Prototype and Insights. UX Designer Cluey- Start Up-Travel website. June 2018 Collaborated on project with team & client using Lean Methodology approach. Think/ Make/ Check/ Repeat. Client Brief- “We want to speci�ically look at the design of our results and destination pages to make sure we are presenting valuable data to users in an easily digestible way. ” Our team continually worked through important features, business challenges and customer needs. Process- > I facilitated rapid ideation sessions in person and remotely with client. > With the team I created whiteboard sketches & concepts. > I assisted the team with iterating the concepts from client feedback. Each day the team met with client to present solutions and iterate further until we got closer to a solution. Deliverables- We were able to deliver ideas, concepts and solutions to show client how UX Design could be applied to help sort their data presentation challenge. UX Designerr The Leisure – Start Up -Travel website June 2018 This was a 2 week Waterfall style project where we worked as a team, collaborated and worked directly with the client. Client Brief- “Simply communicating our product/offering in a clean, sexy user journey. ” Process- >The team conducted User Research. > We created Personas. >We did Af�inity Mapping. >We created a User Journey. >We held a 6up1up Ideation session and did an MVP. >I Crafted User Testing questions and facilitated User Testing session. Deliverables- Our team did a formal presentation to client to present our process, solutions and �indings.
