Job Duties Assists Brand Strategists in client communications o Manages day-to-day client communications o Schedules client meetings o Works with client on attaining information and approval of work o Monitors priority email to assign work o Write and send clients regular (weekly in most cases) project updates/needs Manages tasks in Basecamp Supports strategists to monitor industry trends for new opportunities with each client industry Resolves clients’ concerns Works with outside vendors to expand opportunities for clients and when needed for specific projects Assist and possibly oversee some strategy projects with specific clients Skills & Capabilities Strong and effective in the areas of verbal and interpersonal communications, and time management Embraces excellence in customer service Responds quickly to unplanned client requests and able to resolve issues without conflict Self-motivated and able to take initiative Can work independently and well within a team environment Knowledge and grasp of the principles and methods for showing, promoting and selling products and/or services Knowledge and grasp of the underlying technology and research related to marketing and terminologies used in the marketing industry

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field or have 2+ years experience in Marketing and/or Brand Management
