Who is Eligible? Over half of the clinics are open to

students with 28 credits For fall 2007 or year-long clinics this

includes: 2Ls who began in the full-time division; Interdivisional transfer students and 2Es who

have earned 6 credits over the summer.

Clinics open to students with 28 credits: Center for Applied Legal Studies Federal Legislation Clinic Harrison Institute for Public Law Housing and

Community Development Clinic Harrison Institute for Public Law Policy Clinic Institute for Public Representation International Women’s Human Rights Clinic Street Law: High Schools (also open to students

with 22 credits)

Eligibility for Other Clinics “D.C. Bar Certifiable”

Why Your Rankings Are Crucial Clinics select first from their “first choice”

pool. If any seats are available after “first

choice” pool, clinics select from “second choice” pool, etc.

Most clinics are oversubscribed with “first choice” applicants.

Consider second and subsequent choices. Enrollment Statistics You must rank at least one clinic for your

application to be accepted.
