Assessments and work must be reviewed and graded daily via Google Classroom and then reported on Realtime. This is how you will take attendance.

Google Classroom/Securly/live meetings
Google Classroom- all assignments, communication, and grading should be done on Google Classroom to maintain consistency across all “classrooms”.
Cisco Webex- what we will use to provide a check in location with their teachers. You can do your direct instruction here and record it to flip to Google Classroom for students that were unable to attend the live session.
Securly Chrometools- view the screens of your students including open tabs. Send private messages or lock the screen if needed. All teachers will receive an account and will monitor your students’ screen during their “class time”.

**Don’t forget about digital escape rooms! BreakoutEDU has put out a bunch of free games for school closures!
Another Tool for resourcesHere is a resources collection coming from a Facebook group for educators going online due to closure. It is asked that you PLEASE read all of these points before accessing the collection.
You will sign in with your email address and PIN to allow you to later edit a resource you add to the collection. You can leave the collection open via a browser tab on your device. Bookmark it or save it as an icon to your device screen to access later.
To add a resource, tap the + at the upper right corner of the screen. This works from your computer screen or mobile device
screen. Before adding a resource, please first use the search box to see if the resource has already been added.
The collection can be accessed via the menu (upper left 3 lines) or the icons at the bottom of the screen. If your content area/target audience/grade level isn't listed, it's because no one has yet uploaded a resource with those tags.
While this tool responds as if it's an app, it is NOT an app - you won't find it in any app store. Glide is a tool that let's you look at a spreadsheet in a way that makes it appear as though it's an app. From my experience with Glide, it's best to avoid the word app and just call it a "resource collection" or "tool."

Occupational, Physical and Speech Therapy
1. P.G. Chambers School therapists will provide school districts with a packet of activities that students can perform at home that are consistent with each student’s IEP goals. The activities will be submitted on a P.G. Chambers School form, unless the school district requests a different method. All activities must be supervised by an adult. Therapist will require additional paperwork time to complete the home activity packets.
2. Therapists are available by email and can be available at specific times on Google Meet or other platforms provided by the school district, to answer any questions that parents have in regard to the provided home activities.
3. P.G. Chambers School will work with your school district to develop plans to complete any needed make-ups for related services.
