You have access to the Partner Portal via the website www.topcloudxl.com

To log on to the Partner Portal as a reseller click "Partner Login" right of the page.

You will then be redirected to the login page.

In the login screen, enter your username (username) and

password (password).Then click on "Sign In"

After the login you will be welcome in the Partner Portal. You will see

the home screen of the portal.Welcome to your portal.

Manage your account

Under "My Organization“ you can view and manage your customer

details, invoices, services and contracts.

Usage Partner Portal

Under "My Cloud Stores", you can manage your cloud stores. Here you have access to your customers and

services.

Through the tile "Orders" you get an overview of your customers and

the services they purchase.Through the tile "Portal" you will enter the customer panel of your

own cloud store.

Here will appear your logo that have uploaded during installation.

After registering on the portal, you can create your cloud stores using the plus

button. (Onboarding)

Under "Resources" you have access to a list of purchase prices of the services available at the store, and the support

desk / team.

After registering on the portal, you can create your cloud stores using the plus

button. (Onboarding)

Choose your preferred platform for your cloud store. You can choose between Business Pro and Advanced Expert.

Serve your customers.

Through tile "Orders" you get an overview of your customers and the

services they purchase.

Now you can control the orders of your customers.

In this environment, you can manage customer orders.

In the left column is a list of customers who purchase services

from you.

Here you can enable or disable automatic domain registration.

When you select a name from the list you see right of the screen a

summary account of the customer.

Above is the account name and account number of the company that purchases the services for you. You also see the

status of the customer. You can manually change the status of your customer.

These are the login details of the customer for their own control panel

in your cloud store.The login details are provided by

you to the customer.

Add (new) services via the button "Add services".

Here the services are shown. You can see if it is active and you have the ability to manage these for your customer for

each service.

Add and manage companies, users, and services. You have the ability to manage the services of your client. By clicking on

"Manage" you get access to the cloud environment of the customer.

This is the control panel of your client. This is displayed to the

customer after login via your cloud store.

This is the login page of your customer. The access to your cloud store.

(The url where your customers can log in your store is:

yourcompanyname.cp-panel.com)

This is the control panel environment of your client. This is

what they see when they are logged into your portal.

Here they can make use of the services, place orders, add users,

manage finances and ask for support.

On the top of the screen, the customer can select his services and see what he purchases from

you.
