Chad AyersFounderChad graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of South Carolina. Chad has served as a Sheriff’s Deputy for Greenville County in SC for 12 years. During this time, Chad worked undercover in numerous federal and state investigations, performing in high-pressure environments. Chad was a member of the SWAT Team where he served as an assistant team leader. He is specialized in hostage negotiations, rescue, and active shooter events. Chad also assisted in the creation and implementation of Greenville County Sheriff’s office active shooter response program. He starred on season one of A&E TV’s Emmy-winning documentary series LIVE PD.

Andy SextonFounderAndy graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the Citadel. He is certified to conducts airborne and waterborne operations. Andy is a veteran of the Greenville County Sheriff’s office in SC. He is served as a Uniform Patrol Supervisor, an assistant SWAT Team leader and on the training committee. Andy assisted in the creation and development of Greenville County Sheriff’s Office’s active shooter response curriculum. In 2012, Andy received the Medal of Valor. He currently serves as an at large Board Member with Greenville Wounded and Recovering Fund, a non-profit serving law enforcement officers injured in the line of duty.

Greg FreshourDirector, Medical TrainingGreg has served as a Paramedic in South Carolina since 1996. In February of 2001, he was selected as a Tactical Medic for Greenville County police and Sheriff’s Office SWAT teams. He has served as a US Army medic since 1989. During his tenure, he has served in numerous units both, here in the United States and multiple deployments overseas. He has received numerous awards for achievements and service during combat operations. Greg worked as a Certified Protection Specialist for four years with a large security company, leading a Detail of Agents for public figures and high net worth individuals here in the US and abroad. Greg is Tactical Combat Casualty (TCCC) Instructor and assists with medical tactical training with multiple agencies throughout the state.
