Cloud Sourcing Strategy Workshops Light Workshop (two hours) The light NetApp Cloud Sourcing Strategy Workshop brings together a small team of IT managers and other business stakeholders for a two-hour high-level discussion about the strategy of service delivery. You will choose up to 10 applications or workloads to analyze for legal, financial, reputational, and operational risk and suitability for the cloud. Using our proprietary algorithm, we will produce a heat map associating each application with its appropriate sourcing model.

The heat map will help you to prioritize applications to move to the cloud and match each application to its ideal cloud type—public cloud, private cloud, hybrid cloud, or managed hosting. After the workshop, we will provide a detailed analysis of your environment and help match your workloads with the appropriate AT&T services.

Full Workshop (multiweek engagement) The full NetApp Cloud Sourcing Strategy Workshop consists of a series of deep technical interviews with members of the IT management team and other key business stakeholders in your enterprise. You will choose up to 100 applications or workloads to analyze for legal, financial, reputational, and operational risk and suitability for the cloud. Using our algorithm, we will create a heat map associating each workload with its ideal cloud type. The resulting heat map will help you to create a comprehensive strategy for moving your workloads to the cloud.
