ers in Curry Cotirty have proved thwonderful value of Sudan grass forpasture but it flints too late in lie.spring, Sweet clover will supply dr.deficient';-- . This pasture plot shouldlie fenced with hog tight fence andshould be located close to the bar.iand water supply. A hog tight fencelihoiild separate the Midan grass pas-

about its wonderful feeding value,tlrro will be no difficulty in increas-ing the acreage.
Sweet clover requires a very com-

plowed hut thoroughly compact be-

tial in getting a stand of sweet ciovcis in having a thoroughly compact
seed bed with only a shallow surfacemulch. When sweet clover is -- ow.;
in the early spring on a good com-
pact seed bed it should keep aheadof the weeds through the season. Two
and one-ha- lf acres of sweet cloverwill furnish pasture for from fifty toseventy-fiv- e shonts. Sweet clovermay also prove of value in furnishingfeed for poultry and dairy stock.
