Aisling HanleyRegional Ambassador #NWED West RegionAisling Hanley is founder of Keenwah Quinoa, Aisling’s Artisan Bakery and a very proud mother of 5. Her successful artisan family bakery is located in Headford Co. Galway. It supplies top supermarkets in Mayo and Galway including Joyce’s, Supervalu and Dunnes with daily handcrafted artisan breads and confectionary. As a health conscious mum of 5 children she wanted to give her babies the best start in life by feeding them a nutritious weaning food. Frustrated by the bland processed choices available, she identified a gap in the babyfood market for quinoa organic baby food and Keenwah Quinoa was born.

Karen GeraghtyIgniting Passion - Inspiring yourself andothers by instilling purposeKaren Geraghty is coined the Yankee Doodle Paddy because she’s an Irish

and American citizen. Following a long and prolific acting career, she sold

her home in L.A. and attended the Ballymaloe Cookery School in Cork in

2007. Settling in Dublin in 2008 she works in the food business as a

chef, cookery teacher and blogger. While studying communications at

U.S.C in California she worked on media research projects with renowned

professor Dr. Stacy Smith helping to bridge the divide of lack of diversity in

Hollywood. That has carried over into the popular weekly Woman Crush

Wednesday episodes on her Snapchat channel.
