Special event and holiday dining are popular events that sell out and generally require the purchase of special food and

beverage products, equipment, entertainment, etc. Last minute un-replaced cancellations (including changes to the party

number) are unfair to those Members who are turned away due to full capacity and cause the Club to incur unnecessary

expenses if the reservation is not replaced. As a result, the Club must exercise a firm enforcement of the special event and

holiday dining policy. Reservations for special events or holiday dining may be canceled with no penalty 72 hours or more prior

to the event start-time. If the reservation is canceled anytime in the 72 hours before the event start-time, then 100 percent of

the event price will be charged to the Member account. However, there will be no penalty if the canceled reservation is

replaced by the Club from the wait list or otherwise, but the Club is not obligated to do so. Thank you for your understanding

and compliance.
