Clydesdale Marketplace is a 200,000 square foot community shopping center strategically located on the heavily traveled intersection of Highway 55 and County Road 101 in Medina, Minnesota.
Developed in 2006, Clydesdale Marketplace consists of two buildings totaling 34,000 square feet and two outlots ranging in size from .75 acres to 1.23 acres. The inline property is attached to a 134,000 square foot Target store and anchored by Office Max. The second building is a 7,000 square foot multi-tenant pad building next to Highway 55 giving tenants excellent visibility on this highly traveled road.
