The Conference:

Aims:• Bring together Christian health professionals for a time of

fellowship and renewal

• Reflect on the theme and find ways to bring about social justice, peace and healing in our country

• Focus on CMAI’s priorities, chart new directions and reaffirm our commitment to the healing ministry of the Church

• Strengthen the work of member institutions through sharing of experiences

DateThe conference will begin on 3 November 2011 at 8:00 am and conclude on 5 November 2011 at 1:30 pm.

For Whom:

For Health Professionals: The conference is open to all Christian health professionals, both members and non members, from government, private, mission hospitals and other sectors.

For Students: In order to encourage young people to be vibrant participants in the healing ministry, CMAI is holding special sessions for students. To facilitate participation, special subsidies for students are available.

Last Date for Registration

Please note that last date for receiving registration forms without late fee is 30 September 2011.

Registration desk opens at the venue on 2 November 2011 at 10:00 am. Please choose the registration fee applicable to you from the registration form.

Boarding & Lodging

Food and accommodation will be provided for delegates from 2:00 pm on 2 November to 4:00 pm on 5 November 2011. Delegates who arrive earlier or stay later will have to meet the additional costs involved. Different categories of accommodation are available. Please pay the conference fee according to the type of accommodation chosen. Single-day participants will not receive the Conference complimentaries.

Display by Member Institutions

There will be an exhibition area for member institutions at the conference venue. Members are invited to put up displays and posters explaining the work of their institutions, services provided, innovative approaches, new programmes and projects etc. To be assured of place, please submit the details by 30 September 2011.

Paper Presentation

Scientific papers presentations are invited for all sectional meetings. Abstracts of all paper presentations are to reach Sectional Secretaries before 30 September 2011.

Pre-Conference Workshops

2 November 2011 at the same venue (separate registration).
