R&S®CMW-KW200 (1203.0951.02) GSM/GPRS/EDGE (release 6) waveforms generated by using the R&S®WinIQSIM2™ PC tool can be enabled on the R&S®CMW500/R&S®CMW280 by means of the R&S®CMW-KW200 option. In addition, the R&S®CMW500/R&S®CMW280 must be equipped with the ARB and realtime baseband generator module (R&S®CMW-B110A option).

GSM/GPRS/EDGE R6, TX measurements, uplink
R&S®CMW-KM200 (1203.0551.02) The R&S®CMW-KM200 option offers the vector signal analysis of GSM/GPRS/EDGE (release 6) signals and the analysis of bit error ratios in the uplink. The bit error ratio measurement in combination with the equivalent downlink generator allows loop-based receiver quality testing in the non-signaling mode.
The transmitter and receiver measurements in the R&S®CMW500 are implemented on the basis of the 3GPP TS 51.010 test specifications. The following transmitter measurements are supported:
