High power direct drive spindle with ZF gear box provides heavy cutting and various machining needs.

X / Y axes adopt high speed roller type linear guide ways featured of super rigidity and fast movement capabilities. Z-axis adopts large area super rigidity box ways to ensure stability while heavy cutting.

Large Diameter Ball ScrewEquipped Ø 63 mm ( DL-3220 / DL-4220 / DL-3225 / DL-4225 ) large ball screw to ensure machining accuracy, and extend long-lasting of ball screw.

Symmetrical Central Driven DesignX-axis adopted wide span symmetrically central driven design which ball screw is placed at the middle of bed to provide high accuracy and heavy load axial system, and prevent uneven and dissociated state of moving parts and rails.

Roller Type Linear Guide WaysX / Y axes adopt heavy load roller type linear guide way design.

German Made Gear BoxFeatured high torque ZF gear box as standard offers heavy-duty machining capability.

Super Rigidity Box Way

Y / Z axes are adopted direct drive servo motor to provide great thrust and fast movement.

Z-axis uses super rigidity box way design which is very suitable for application of heavy cutting.

Screw Type Chip AugerBoth sides equipped large size of screw type chip auger to ensure high efficiency chips removal capability.

Equipped FANUC αi 18 spindle motor provides powerful 22 kW motor delivering maximum torque output of 560 N-m at 375 rpm.

High power direct drive spindle featured with German made ZF gear box provides high torque while heavy cutting, efficiently isolates heat from motor, and reduces thermal deformation.

All series are equipped spindle cooling system as standard to eliminate thermal deformation and ensure high accuracy and long-lasting.
