We operate 8 am - 5 pm Monday to Friday. Using CAM Software to program CNC Mills and Lathes from solid models or prints Programming, setting up and running prototype and production jobs Operation of 3 and 4 Axis HAAS Mills Operation of HAAS Lathes, standard and with live tooling Holding tight tolerances Developing machining processes and designing and building fixtures and setups Inspection to print, verification of geometric tolerances Working with a variety of materials Candidates should have: Minimum 3 years of experience in machining (required) CAM software experience (required) Strongly prefer individual with experience/interest in precision surface grinding Daily work responsibilities will include programming and running parts on HAAS CNC mills and lathes. Quantity is from single piece prototypes to low volume production. Candidate is also responsible for performing in-process and final inspection on those parts and verifying they meet all print tolerances and specifications.
