• E’ di recente realizzazione la Convenzione in materia di deposito legale

delle pubblicazioni on-line edite in Italia stipulata tra la Biblioteca

Centrale del CNR e la Springer Italia

• Springer Italia concede e garantisce alla Biblioteca Centrale

l’acquisizione - per diritto di accesso gratuito e permanente - delle

proprie opere editoriali edite in Italia e diffuse tramite rete informatica e

si impegna al tempo stesso a provvedere senza oneri aggiuntivi anche

alla conservazione delle stesse garantendone l’integrità e l’autenticità

• Springer Italia si impegna a comunicare con preavviso l’eventuale

impossibilità di continuare ad assicurare la conservazione dei

documenti depositati

• La Biblioteca Centrale del CNR ritiene soddisfatto da parte dell’editore

l’obbligo di deposito editoriale e ne rilascia certificazione e si impegna

ad utilizzare quanto depositato nei termini previsti dalla legge per le

biblioteche depositarie.
