Purpose

Use this procedure to execute Cost Centers: Actual/Plan/ Variance report.

In U2K2, various cost center reports have to be generated when planning is completed. Once the actual values are posted, comparison reports between plan and actual has to be generated to keep a track of the expense.

Standard reports in cost center reporting are:

1. Cost Centers: Actual/Plan/ Variance (S_ALR_87013611)

2. Range: Cost Centers (S_ALR_87013612)

3. Range: Cost Elements (S_ALR_87013613)

4. Activity Types: Period Breakdown (S_ALR_87013646).

Trigger

Perform this procedure when you need to display Cost Centers: Actual/Plan/Variance Report.

Use the following SAP Easy Access menu path(s) to begin this transaction:

Fiscal Year R Period, 12 months as a rule, for which the company is to create its inventory and balance sheet. The fiscal year can be the same as the calendar year, but does not have to be. Example: 2008
