    1.2.1. Cc ph ng php thu nhn cht tinh khit.1.2.1.1. Ph ng php k t tinh.y l ph ng php quan tr ng nht tinh chcc cht r n. Ta ho tann mc bo

    b. Cch tin hnh: tr c ht ta un nng h p cht cn k t tinh trong mt l ng dung mikhng ho tan l ng cht , sau ta un si dung mi v qua sinh hn cn thn chothm dung mi vo chon khi ho tan hon ton cht k t tinh trong dung mi dang si. Lcnng dung dch, lm lnh sthu c cht r n tinh khit h n.

    1.2.1.2. Ph ng php chng ct.Chng ct l ph ng php tch v tinh chquan tr ng nht i v i cc cht lng. Trong

    tr ng h p chng ct n gin, ta cung c p nhit cho mt cht lng n khi cht si v h ingng t c to thnh trong mt ng sinh hn. Hng ly cht lng ta c cht lng chng ct tinh khit h n. V trong tr ng h p ny ch c mt t ng (tc l h i) chuyn ngnn ta gi l chng ct cng dng hay chng ct n gin. Ng c li nu c mt phn h i cngng tchy ng c li v i dng h i v li nhvo bnhang si ta gi l chng ct ng cdng (cn gi l chng luyn rectification).

    a. Chng ct n gin: Tin hnh chng ct n gin h p l h n cl khi nhit si vo khong 40-150oC ( cao h n 1500C cc cht hu c db phn hu, th p h n 400C db mt mt nhiu). V vy cc cht lng si cao h n 1500C phi tin hnh chng ct d i chnkhng.

    Chng ct n gin ch thch h p v i cc hn h p lng gm cc cu t c nhit sikhc xa nhau.

K t quca qu trnh l p li nhiu ln nhvy cho ta thu c chtlng ct ra tinh khit h n v cht lng cn li trong bnh ct cng tinh khit h n.

    c. Chng ct li cun bng h i n c: Nu hai h p cht khng ho tan vo nhau th p

    sut h i ca chng khngnh h ngn nhau. Ta c:f A = pA

    v p = pA + pB f B = pBTrong f A, f B l p sut ring phn ca A, B.

    pA, pB l p sut h i bo ho ca A, B tinh khit cng nhit T0C.Mt cht si nhit m p sut h i ca n cn bng v i p sut h i ca kh quyn.

    Cch tin hnh: Ta dn h i n c c to ra tmt bnh bng kim loi hoc thu tinhvoy ca bnh ct hnh cu. Tr c cn un dung dch cn chng ct cho t i gn sitr lc cho qu trnh ct. Bnh thu sn phm sthu c hai l p cht lng (n c v cht cn tinhch) c tch ra bng ph ng php gn hoc bng xiphng. Ni chung ta chng ct n khino cht lng ct khng cn tch thnh hai l p na. i v i cht lng c nhit si cao c th thay n c bng tylen hoc glyxrin.
