Coaching Philosophy Educational Philosophy Education is the key that unlocks the door to knowledge. Knowledge is power. Power creates the catalyst for change. Change is necessary to improve society. All individuals have the right to receive a free, appropriate, public education. It is society’s responsibility to ensure that this basic right remains attainableTeachers have the responsibility of being well- trained, articulate, and intelligent with an intrinsic love of and for children. Teachers must enjoy seeing the sparkle in a child’s eyes when understanding has been obtained. They must have a dedication to the profession but not be afraid to speak out against political agendas that threaten the very foundation of public education.
