BOQ-CManual Unloading of coal from Railway BOXN Wagons at Track hoppers.Assuming one full rake consists of 59 wagons having side doors (openings) will be unloaded in three cuts by 160 unskilled labourers. rake unloading time is around 7:00 Hrs Opening of doors of wagon. Sometimes, for defective doors, which dont open easily, it requires much more time & effort to open the door. Cleaning of wagons after manual unloading. Closing of doors of wagons. Special attention is required for defective doors. Cleaning the track hopper grill, floor, and spilled coal along the track up to 200mts in front & rear of the track hopper.Miscellaneous expenditure like mobile phone and gas (O2+DA) for cutting of welded wagon doors.
