Wonder
The world is full of wonder. Each day packed with one marvelous mystery after another. But often we miss them, racing around with lots of very important things to do and preoccupied with anxiety and care. We ourselves are mysteries so complex and intricate – works of wonder, through and through. -Br. David Vryhof

St Mary Magdalene, Cobham and St Peter & St Paul Luddesdowne Works to the chancel at Cobham & the Tower at Luddesdowne New quotes for St Mary’s Church Room New Treasurer for Luddesdowne St Barnabas Istead Rise PAs we all journey through advent remembering Jesus' arrival as light of the world, pray that all at St Barnabas would have a renewed sense of our vision: "Light and Life at the Heart…” Pray for all the services and events of the Christmas season, that they would be well attended and allow us to connect with those in our community who are not usually in church. Pray that the carol services for Istead Rise Primary school, held at St Barnabas, would be an occasion for joy and celebration, remembering Jesus at the heart of the Christmas story. Pray for all those making preparations for the advent season, that God would inspire them and bring fresh revelation of His light to us all this Christmas. St John the Baptist Meopham with St Mildred Nurstead Please pray that our Christmas services will attract those on the fringe of the church and outside it, especially the conversations we have with those coming to Carols on the Green. Those for whom Christmas will be a difficult time because of bereavement, illness, isolation. or poverty. Please pray for The Lego Club that is re- starting in January, for volunteers to chat and make teas and coffees, for the families who will come along,
St Nicholas Southfleet We pray for those who come to visit, worship and pray with us over the Christmas period and we thank God for our many blessings. We pray for those who lead our worship and thank God for the support we are receiving during our interregnum. We continue to pray for those responsibilities, within the parish, have grown recently as a result of the interregnum and as that they may never feel alone or unsupported. We pray for the schools in our parish that they will continue to be a place of witness of Your love, that the staff and children will return after their holidays refreshed.
