PREMESSAQuesto opuscolo descrive le norme d'uso,

di manutenzione e le parti che vengono

fornite di ricambio per la zappatrice.

Questa attrezzatura agricola, denomina-

ta «zappatrice», può operare solo tramite

un albero cardanico applicato alla presa

di forza di un trattore agricolo munito di

gruppo sollevatore, con attacco univer-

sale ai tre punti.

Grazie alla sua concezione e specificità

questa macchina, si rende particolarmen-

te adatta per la preparazione del terreno

in aree aperte. Dal corretto uso e dal-

l'adeguata manutenzione dipende il re-

golare funzionamento dell'attrezzatura.

È consigliabile quindi, osservare scrupo-

losamente quanto descritto allo scopo di

prevenire un qualsiasi inconveniente che

potrebbe pregiudicare il buon funziona-

mento e la sua durata.

È altresì importante attenersi a quanto

descritto nel presente opuscolo in quanto

la Ditta Costruttrice declina ogni e qual-

siasi responsabilità dovuta a negli-

genza ed alla mancata osservanza di

tali norme.

La Ditta Costruttrice, è comunque a com-

pleta disposizione per assicurare un'im-

mediata e accurata assistenza tecnica e

tutto ciò che può essere necessario per il

miglior funzionamento e la massima resa

dell'attrezzatura.

La Ditta Costruttrice si riserva la facoltà di

modificare l'attrezzatura senza aggior-

nare tempestivamente questa pubblica-

zione. In caso di contestazione il testo

FOREWORDThis handbook contains the use andmaintenance instructions plus a list ofthe parts supplied as spares for the rotarycultivator.This agricultural implement can only ope-rate by means of a cardan shaft appliedto the pto of an agricultural tractorequipped with lift and universal three-point hitch.Thanks to its specific design, this machineis particularly suitable for use whencarrying out soil-working activities in openground. Regular and satisfactoryoperation together with economic andlong-lasting use of the implement dependon compliance with the instructions givenin this handbook. Cet outil agricole, dénommé «houe

rotative», ne peut être entraîné que par

un arbre à cardans relié à la prise de force

d’un tracteur agricole équipé de relevage

hydraulique, avec attelage trois points

universel.

indiquée pour la préparation du terrain de

grandes surfaces.

Une utilisation correcte et un bon entretien

vous permettront d’avoir toujours un

appareil performant. Nous vous

conseillons donc de suivre attentivement

cultivadora rotativa.

El instrumento agrícola denominado

“binadora” puede operar sólo mediante

un árbol cardánico aplicado a la toma de

fuerza de un tractor agrícola que posea

grupo elevador, con conexión universal

de tres puntos.

Gracias a su concepción y especificiad

esta máquina es particularmente idónea

para la preparación del terreno esn áreas

abiertas.

El funcionamiento regular de la máquina

está supeditado a un uso correcto y una

adecuada manutención de la misma. Es

aconsejable, por lo tanto, observar

escrupulosamente las indicaciones

expuestas en este manual, para prevenir

así todo tipo de inconveniente que pueda

perjudicar el buen funcionamiento y la

durabilidad.

Es importante por otra parte respetar las

indicaciones del manual ya que elfabricante declina todo tipo deresponsabilidad por problemasdebidos a negligencias y a la noobservación de dichas normas. El

Fabricante, se declara a sus órdenes

para garantizar una inmediata y precisa

asistencia técnica y brindar todo aquello

que pueda ser necesario para un mejor

ATTENTION:Avant de mettre en service la houemontez les protections de sécuritéfournies démontées pour raison detrasport:- A l'aide des crampillons (1 Fig. 4) et

des vis (2 Fig. 4) montez lesprotections (3 Fig. 4) sur le tube (4Fig. 4) en les placant le plus possibleà l'extérieur (une à gauche et une àdroite).

PERICOLO:L'applicazione al trattore è una fasemolto pericolosa. Fare molta attenzio-ne ad effettuare l'intera operazioneseguendo le istruzioni.

La corretta posizione trattore/zappatrice,viene determinata, ponendo la zappatri-ce ad una distanza, dal trattore, tale cheil giunto cardanico resti esteso 5-10 cmdalla posizione di massima chiusura.A questo punto, procedere come segue:

1 - Accostare le barre del sollevatore po-nendole all'interno delle piastre (1 Fig.5), inserire il perno (2 Fig. 5) nel foropredisposto e bloccare con le copigliea scatto.

2 - Bloccare le barre del sollevatore conle apposite catene e tenditori parallelisul trattore. Tale accorgimento deveessere messo in atto per evitare qual-siasi spostamento, in senso orizzon-tale, della zappatrice.

3 - Innestare l'albero cardanico e assicu-rarsi che sia perfettamente bloccatosulla presa di forza. Verificare che laprotezione ruoti liberamente e fissarla

The correct tractor/steerage hoe positionis established by setting the implement atsuch a distance from the tractor that theuniversal coupling remains 5-10 cm fromits maximum closing position. Nowproceed in the following way:

3 - Die Gelenkwelle einstecken undsicherstellen, daß sie fest mit der Zapf-welle verbunden ist. Sicherstellen, daß

Ciò è molto importante alloscopo di ottenere il parallelismo tral'asse della zappatrice e quello dellapresa di forza del trattore. Operare inqueste condizioni significa limitare lesollecitazioni sulla presa di forza stes-sa e prolungare la durata dell'alberocardanico e della zappatrice stessa.

5 - Posizionare il piedino d'appoggio comein figura 7.

ALBERO CARDANICOAdattamento albero cardanicoL'albero cardanico, fornito con la zappa-trice, è di lunghezza standard. Si rendequindi necessario adattarlo al trattore concui viene utilizzata la zappatrice stessa.A tal proposito, operare nel seguentemodo:1) Togliere le protezioni dall'albero car-

danico.2) Sfilare le due metà dell'albero carda-

nico ed accoppiare: una parte allapresa di potenza della zappatrice, fa-cendo scattare il fermo di arresto, l'al-tra metà dell'albero alla presa di po-tenza del trattore, facendo sempreattenzione allo scatto del fermo.

4 - Connect the upper third-point andcorrectly regulate by means of theadjuster (1 Fig. 6), checking that theupper surface of the steerage hoe (AFig. 6) is parallel to the ground (B Fig.6). This is very important since itachieves parallelism between the axisof the steerage hoe and that of thetractor pto.When the implement operates in theseconditions, there will be less stress onthe pto itself while the cardan shaftand implement will be much lesssubject to wear.

5 - Position the support foot as shown inthe figure 7.

CARDAN SHAFTCardan shaft adaptionThe cardan shaft supplied with theimplement is of standard length. It willtherefore be necessary to adapt it to thetractor with which the implement is used.Proceed in the following way:1) Remove the guards from the cardan

shaft.2) Remove the two halves of the cardan

shaft and couple them: fit one into thepto of the implement, allowing thestop to snap into place, then fit theother into the tractor pto, again allowingthe stop to snap into place.

3) If the supplied cardan shaft has a bolt-locked hub (2 Fig. 10), check that

GELENKWELLEAnpassung der GelenkwelleDie mit dem Gerät ausgelieferte Gelenkwellehat eine Standardlänge. Aus diesem Grundmuß sie an den Schlepper angepaßt werden,mit dem das Gerät benutzt werden soll.Dazu auf die folgende Weise vorgehen:1) Den Schutz der Gelenkwelle abnehmen.2) Die beiden Teile der Gelenkwelle

auseinanderziehen und wie folgtanordnen: Einen Teil an die Zapfwelledes Gerätes annähern und die Arretierungeinrasten lassen. Den anderen Teil an dieZapfwelle des Schleppers annähern,ebenfalls bis er in der Arretierung einrastet.

3) Sollte die mit dem Gerät gelieferteGelenkwelle eine mit Schraubbolzen

ARBRE A CARDANSAdaptation de l’arbre à cardansL’arbre à cardans livré avec la machine aune longueur standard.Il faut donc l’adapter au tracteur quidevra l’entraîner de la manière suivante:1) Otez les protections de l’arbre à

cardans.2) Déboîtez les deux moitiés d’arbre et

accouplez une partie à la prise deforce de la machine, en faisantdéclencher la sécurité, et l’autre partiede l’arbre à la prise de force du tracteuren faisant déclencher également lasécurité.

3) Si le moyeu de l’arbre à cardans di-spose d’un blocage par boulons (2

ARBOL CARDANICOAdaptación árbol cardánicoEl árbol cardánico, provisto con lamáquina, tiene una longitud estándard.Es preciso adaptarlo al tractor con el quevamos a utilizar la máquina. Para ello:1) Quitar las protecciones del árbol

cardánico.2) Extraer las dos mitades del árbol

cardánico y acoplar: una parte a latoma de potencia de la máquina,haciendo saltar el bloqueo, la otramitad del árbol a la toma de potenciadel tractor, haciendo siempre saltar elbloqueo.

3) Si el árbol cardánico tiene el cubo conbloqueo de bulones (2 Fig. 10),

CAUTELA:Quando l'albero cardanico è sfilato almassimo, i due tubi devono sovrap-porsi per almeno 15 cm. Quando essoè inserito al massimo, il gioco minimoconsentito deve essere di 4 cm.

CAUTELA:Usando la zappatrice su di un altrotrattore, verificare quanto riportato nelpunto precedente e verificare che leprotezioni coprano completamente leparti in rotazione dell'albero cardanico.

Se slitta troppo facilmente(surriscaldandosi) è necessario avvitareuniformemente tutti i dadi (1 Fig. 10) chestringono le molle.

CAUTELA:Se nonostante siano stati avvitati tuttii dadi la frizione slitta ancora, è neces-sario sostituire i dischi di attrito dellafrizione.

Se la frizione non slitta, svitare uniforme-mente tutti i dadi (1 Fig. 10) che fissano lemolle. Svitare un giro alla volta e verifica-re la frizione dopo circa 300 metri dilavoro. Se necessario ripetere l'operazio-ne, sempre svitando un giro alla volta. Sela frizione mantiene durante il lavoro unatemperatura di circa 40-50 gradi circasignifica che è regolata in modo corretto.Non serrare mai a fondo i dadi, poichéin tal modo si elimina la funzione dellamolla e dunque della frizione a dannodegli organi di trasmissione.

Albero cardanico conlimitatore di sicurezzaIl limitatore, inserito nel giunto cardanico,è dotato di un bullone di sicurezza, taratoper uno sforzo medio. Qualora, in pre-senza di ostacoli particolarmente resi-stenti tale bullone si tranci, è necessariosostituirlo con uno nuovo di dimensioni emateriale uguali.Se tale bullone è inserito nel foro (2 Fig.11) e si trancia ripetutamente, è consi-gliabile montarlo nel foro (1 Fig. 11).

CAUTELA:Evitare di far girare a vuoto (fuori delterreno) la zappatrice. Durante il lavo-

If the clutch does not slip, evenly unscrewall the spring fixing nuts (1 Fig. 10).Unscrew one turn at a time and check theclutch after having worked about 300meters. Repeat the operation if necessary,remembering to unscrew one turn at atime. If the clutch maintains a temperatu-re of about 40-50 degrees during work,this means that it has been correctlyregulated.Never fully torque the nuts since thiswould void the function of the springsand, subsequently, of the clutch, thusdamaging the transmission compo-nents.

Shaft with safety limiterThe limiter, inserted in the cardan joint, isequipped with a safety bolt that is set foran average force. Whenever undulyresistant obstacles cause the bolt to shear,it must be replaced by a new bolt, of thesame size and material.If the bolt, inserted in hole (2 Fig. 11),shears repeatedly, then we recommendinserting it in the hole (1 Fig. 11).

CAUTION:Never allow the steerage hoe to opera-te out of the soil. During work, avoid

Den Vorgangfalls erforderlich wiederholen, jeweils eineUmdrehung pro Versuch. Wenn dieKupplung während der Arbeit eineTemperatur von circa 40-50°C beibehält,ist sie richtig eingestellt. Si l’embrayage ne patine pas, dévissezde manière uniforme tous les écrous (1Fig. 10) de fixation des ressorts. Dévissezd’un tour à la fois et vérifiez l’embrayageaprès environ 300 mètres de travail. Sinécessaire, répétez l’opération endévissant toujours d’un tour à la fois.Quand l’embrayage maintient unetempérature d’environ 40-50 degréspendant le travail, cela signifie qu’il estréglé correctement. Ne serrez jamais àfond les écrous car cela annule lafonction du ressort et donc del’embrayage au détriment des organesde transmission.

Arbre avec limiteur de sécuritéLe limiteur engagé dans le joint de cardan,est équipé d'un boulon de sécurité pourun effort moyen. Si en présenced'obstables particulièrement résistants ceboulon se casse, le remplacer par inboulon neuf aux mêmes dimensions etmatériau.Si ce boulon est introduit dans letrou (2Fig. 11) et se casse maintes fois, onconseille de le monter dans le trou (1 Fig.11).

IMPORTANT:Evitez de faire tourner l’appareil à vide(hors du sol). Pendant le travail évitez

Si es necesario repetirla operación siempre aflojando un giro ala vez. Si el embrague mantiene duranteel trabajo una temperatura de 40-50grados significa que está regulado enmodo correcto. No ajustar jamás a fon-do las tuercas, ya que así se inutiliza elresorte y la fricción dañando losórganos de transmisión.

Arbol con limitador de seguridadEl limitador, colocado en la conexiòn delcardàan, posee un perno de seguridadajustado para un esfuerzo mediano.Si, debido a obstàculos sobremaneraresistentes, se tronchara el perno, hacefalta que se substituya con otro nuevoque tenga dimensiones y materialesiguales. HOE BLADESThe hoe blades with which the steeragehoe is equipped can work soils of normalconformation. Check the degree of wearand condition of the hoe blades each day.If the blades should accidentally bend (orbreak) during work, they must beimmediately replaced.Remember to mount the new hoe bladein exactly the same position as the oldone (Fig. 16). If several hoe blades mustbe replaced, it is advisable to remove andassemble one hoe blade at a time in orderto prevent positioning errors.The steerage hoes are normally equippedwith 6 blades per flange.When the soil is wet and tends to clog it is,however, possible to mount 4 hoe bladesper flange. The heads of the bolts fixingthe hoe blades in place must be on theside of the hoe blades themselves, whilethe nut with relative washer must be onthe flange side (Fig. 16).If the hoe blades must be changed,remember to set the new blades in thesame positions as the demounted ones(Fig. 16).

HACKMESSERDie Hackmesser, mit der die Hackfräseausgerüstet wird, eignen sich zurBearbeitung von Boden mit normalerBeschaffenheit. Sie sind täglich auf ihreUnversehrtheit und ihren Verschleiß-zustand zu prüfen. Sollten sie bei derArbeit verbiegen oder zu Bruch gehen,müssen sie sofort ersetzt werden. Dabeiist zu beachten, daß man das neueHackmesser an der gleichen Stellemontiert, an der sich das beschädigtebefand (Abb. 16). Sollten gleich mehrereHackmesser zu ersetzen sein, sollte manjeweils ein Hackmesser ein- undausbauen, um eine falsche Einbau-position zu vermeiden.Die Hackfräsen sind in der Regel mit 6Hackmessern pro Flansch ausgerüstet.Wenn der Boden allerdings feucht ist unddaher an den Werkzeugen kleben bleibt,kann man auch 4 Hackmesser proFlansch montieren. Die Schrauben, mitdenen man die Hackmesser befestigt,müssen den Kopf auf der Seite desHackmessers und die Mutter mit derUnterlegscheibe auf der Flanschseitehaben (Abb. 16).Wenn man die Hackmesser ersetzenmuß, darauf achten, daß die neuen in derPosition der ersetzen am Hacksternangebracht werden (Abb. 16).

S’ilfaut remplacer plusieurs couteaux,démontez et montez toujours un couteauà la fois, pour éviter des erreurs de position.Les houes rotatives sont normalementéquipées de 6 couteaux par flasque.Cependant, quand le terrain est humideou boueux, vous pouvez monter 4couteaux par flasque.Les boulons de fixation des couteauxdoivent avoir la tête côté couteau et l’écrouavec la rondelle côté flasque (Fig. 16). Encas de remplacement des couteaux,veillez surtout à ce que les nouveauxcouteaux occupent les positions de ceuxdémontés (Fig. 16).

AZADILLASLas azadillas que presenta la máquinason idóneas para trabajar sobre terrenosde normal conformación. Controlar todoslos días su buen estado y eventualdesgaste. Si durante el trabajo poreventuales accidentes se doblan orompen es necesario sustituirlasinmediatamente prestando atención demontar la nueva azadilla en la idénticaposición de la precedente (Fig. 16). Si esnecesario sustituir varias azadillasaconsejamos efectuar las operacionesde desmontaje y montaje siempre unaazadilla a la vez, para evitar errores deposición. Las binadoras presentan deserie 6 azadillas por brida. Es posible sinembargo cuando el terreno es húmedo yse empastan, montar 4 azadillas porbrida. Los bulones que fijan las azadillasdeben tener la cabeza de la parte de lasazadillas y la tuerca con la relativaarandela de la parte de la brida (Fig. 16).Cuando sustituimos azadillas respetar laposición de las azadillas desmontadas(Fig. 16).

Qualora durante il lavoro dovesse-ro per cause accidentali piegarsi (o rom-persi) è necessario sostituirle immedia-tamente avendo l'accortezza di rimonta-re la nuova zappetta nella identica posi-zione di quella da sostituire (Fig. 16). Sefosse necessario sostituire più zappette,è consigliabile effettuare le operazioni dismontaggio e montaggio, sempre unazappetta alla volta, per evitare così erroridi posizione. Le zappatrici sono normal-mente equipaggiate con 6 zappette perflangia. È possibile però, quando il terre-no è abbastanza umido e tende a impa-starsi montare 4 zappette per flangia.I bulloni che fissano le zappette devonoavere la testa dalla parte delle zappette eil dado con relativa rondella dalla partedella flangia (Fig. 16).Se si devono sostituire le zappette, fareattenzione che le nuove assumano laposizione di quelle smontate (Fig. 16).

Uno sminuzzamento del terreno si ottie-ne con una velocità bassa di avanzamen-to del trattore, con la lamiera livellatriceabbassata ed una rotazione del rotoreportazappe intorno ai 200 giri/min.La lamiera livellatrice, oltre a contenerele zolle già lavorate dalle zappette, con-sente di avere una superficie ben livellataed omogenea dopo la lavorazione delterreno.Se la lamiera livellatrice viene alzata, lezolle non vengono più frantumate ed ilterreno non si presenta più livellato.

COME SI LAVORASi regola la lamiera livellatrice in funzionedello sminuzzamento voluto, si regolanole due slitte di profondità ai lati dellazappatrice, si innesta la P.d.F. e si iniziaad avanzare con il trattore, abbassandoprogressivamente la zappatrice.Si percorre un breve tratto e si controllapoi se la profondità di lavoro, lo sminuz-zamento ed il livellamento del terrenosono quelli desiderati.Nelle zappatrici provviste di rullo poste-riore, la profondità di lavoro è determina-ta dalla regolazione del rullo stesso me-diante martinetto centrale o martinettilaterali (meccanici o idraulici).

CAUTELA:La velocità del trattore con la zappatri-ce in lavoro non deve superare i 10Km/ora al fine di evitare rotture o dan-neggiamenti.

FONCTIONNEMENTRéglez la niveleuse en fonction dufractionnement voulu. Réglez les deuxcoulisseaux de profondeur sur les côtésde la houe rotative. Enclenchez la priséde force et commencer à avancer avec letracteur, en abaissant progressivementla houe rotative.Après un bref parcours, assurez-vousque la profondeur de binage, lefractionnement et le nivellement duterrrain sont bien tels que vous lessouhaitez.Sur les houes rotatives dotées de rouleauarrière, la profondeur de binage estdéterminée par le réglage de ce mêmerouleua au moyen du vérin central au desvérins latéraux (mécaniques auhydrauliques).

IMPORTANT:La vitesse du tracteur pendant quel’outil travaille la terre ne doit pasdépasser 10 km/h pour éviter toutesorte de dégâts ou de ruptures.

COMO TRABAJARDebemos regular la hoja niveladora enfunción de la trituración deseada, regularlas dos correderas de profundidad en loslados de la binadora, acoplamos la T.d.F.y comenzamos a avanzar con el tractor,bajando progresivamente la binadora.Luego de recorrer un breve tramocontrolamos si la profundidan de trabajo,la trituración y el nivelado son losdeseados.En las binadoras que poseen cilindroposterior, la profundidad de trabajo estádeterminada por la regulación del rodillomismo mediante gato central o gatoslaterales (mecánicos o hidráulicos).

CAUTELA:Las velocidades del tractor con elequipo trabajando no deben superarlos 10 km/hora para evitar roturas odaños.

WIE MAN ARBEITETMan stellt die Höhe des Planierschilds jenach dem gewünschten Zerkleinerung-sgrad ein, regelt die beiden Tiefenre-gelkufen an den Seiten der Hackfräse,schaltet die Zapfwelle ein und fährt mitdem Schlepper worwärts, wobei man dieHackfräse allmählich senkt. Man fährteine kurze Strecke und prüft dann, ob dieArbeitstiefe, die Zekleinerung und dieNivellierung des Bodens so sind wiegewünscht. Bei den Hackfräsen mit Rolleauf der Rückseite wird die Arbeitstiefe,die Zerkleinerung und die Nivellierungdes Bodens so sind wie gewünscht.Bei den Hackfräsen mit Rolle auf derRückseite wird die Arbeitstiefe durch dieEinstellung der Rolle bedingt, und zwarmittels einer zentralen oder seitlicherWinden (mechanisch oder hydraulisch).

VORSICHT:Die Fahrgeschwindigkeit desSchleppers mit arbeitendem Gerät darfnicht über 10 km/h liegen, um Schädenund Bruch zu vermeiden.

The earth is best broken up and rotaryhoed with a slow forward moving speedof the tractor, with the levelling bladelowered and a blade-carrying rotor rotationspeed of about 200 rpm.As well as holding the earth that hasalready been hoed by the hoe bladesthe levelling blade helps to produce awell levelled and smooth surface afterhoeing.If the levelling blade is raised the sods areno longer broken up and there will not bea smooth, level finish.

HOW IT WORKSPosition the levelling blade according tohow finely broken up the soil should be.Position the depth of the two skids whichare on the sides of the rotary cultivatorEngage the P.d.F. and start to move thetractor forward gradually lowering therotary cultivator.After a short distance check to seewhether the earth is being hoed to thedepth required, broken up finely enoughand leveled enough.For the rotary hoes fitted with posteriorrollers the hoeing depth is determined bythe positioning of the roller itself using themechanical or hydraulical central jack orthe lateral jacks.

grassare i relativi supporti.

OGNI 50 ORELAVORATIVE- Verificare il livello olio nella scatola del

riduttore, o del cambio (2 Fig. 21),eventualmente ripristinarlo fino allatacca di livello ricavata sull'astina.

- Trasmissione laterale ad ingranaggi:verificare il livello olio nel carter latera-le della trasmissione, svitando il tappodi livello (6 Fig. 21) e controllando chel'olio fuoriesca. Eventualmente aggiun-gere olio attraverso il tappo di riempi-mento (5 Fig. 21), fintantoché fuorie-sce dal tappo livello.

- Side transmission gears: check thelevel of the oil in the side casing of thetransmission unit, unscrewing the levelplug (6 Fig. 21) and checking that oilflows out.Add oil through the fill plug if necessary(5 Fig. 21). It should flow from the levelplug.

fixation des couteaux (Fig. 16).- Graissez les fusées du rotor (1 Fig.

21).- Si la machine est équipée de rouleau

arrière, graisser les supports.

TOUTES LES 50HEURAS DE TRAVAIL- Contrôlez le niveau de l’huile dans la

boîte de vitesse ou du réducteur. Sinécessaire, rajouter de l’huile jusqu’aucran sur la jauge (2 Fig. 21).

- Entrainement latéral par pignons:contrôlez le niveau de l’huile dans lecarter latéral de la transmission endévissant le bouchon de niveau (6Fig. 21) et vérifiant si l’huile sort. Sinécessaire rajouter de l’huile par lebouchon de remplissage (5 Fig. 21)jusqu’à ce qu’elle sorte par le bouchonde niveau.

TOUTES LES 400 HEURESDE TRAVAIL- Vidangez entièrement l’huile du

réducteur ou du boîte de vitesse et du

wirkung dadurch verringern oder garaufheben.

ALLE 8BETRIEBSSTUNDEN- Die Kreuze der Gelenkwelle schmieren.- Sicherstellen, daß die Schrauben zur

Befestigung der Hackmesser festangezogen sind (Abb. 16).

- Die Rotorachszapfen (1 Abb. 21)schmieren.

- Wenn eine rückseitige Walzevorhanden ist, die Walzenträgerschmieren.

ALLE 50BETRIEBSSTUNDEN- Den Ölstand im Gangoder Unter-

s e t z u n g s g e t r i e b e - G e h ä u s ekontrollieren; ev. bis zumÖlstandzeichen, das auf dem Stabangebracht ist, nachfüllen (2 Abb. 21).

- Zahnräderantrieb: den Ölstand imSeitenantrieb prüfen. Dazu denÖlstandsstopfen (6 Abb. 21)losschrauben und prüfen, ob Ölausfließt. Ggf. durch denÖleinfüllstopfen (5 Abb. 21) soviel Ölnachfüllen, bis das Öl amÖlstandsstopfen ausläuft.

MESSA A RIPOSOA fine stagione, o nel caso si preveda unlungo periodo di riposo, è consigliabile:

- Lavare la zappatrice soprattutto da con-cimi e da prodotti chimici ed asciugarla.

- Controllarla accuratamente ed even-tualmente sostituire le parti danneggia-te o usurate.

- Serrare a fondo tutte le viti e i bulloni, inparticolare quelli che fissano le zappette.

- Effettuare un accurato ingrassaggio edinfine proteggere tutta la zappatrice conun telo e sistemarla in un ambienteasciutto.

Se queste operazioni vengono fatte concura, il vantaggio sarà solo dell'utilizzato-re in quanto alla ripresa del lavoro, trove-rà una zappatrice in perfette condizioni.

In caso di smantellamento della zap-patrice, attenersi alle relative leggi delpaese di utilizzo in particolare alle leg-gi sull'anti-inquinamento.

Wenn diese Arbeiten sorgfältig ausgeführtwerden, wirkt sich das zum Vorteil desBenutzers aus, weil er das Gerät, wenner es wiederbenutzen will, in einemeinwandfreien Zustand vorfindet.

Wenn die Hackfräse aus dem Betriebgezogen werden soll, müssen diespezifischen Gesetzes des Landesbeachtet werden, in dem man das Gerätbenutzt, insbesondere die Um-weltschtzgesetze.
