At Generation’s School, we try to ensure a safe and happy learning environment for everyone. Users should respect the learning space of others, this is with regard to the use and volume of audio­ visual and IT equipment as well as the general behaviour that may be disruptive to others. Teachers must be present to gain entry and stay with the class visiting AVC.

At Generation’s School, we try to ensure a safe and happy learning environment

for everyone.

The AUDIO VISUAL CENTRE (AVC) is a resource for learners

to connect, explore, learn and innovate.

Please maintain respect for the environment, equipment and

other users at all times.

Users should respect the learning space of others, this is with regard to the use and volume of audio-visual and IT equipment as well as the general behaviour that may be disruptive to others.

Teachers must be present to gain entry and stay with the class visiting AVC.

Walk gently as AVC has wooden floors.

Page 6: Code of Conduct

A quiet atmosphere is expected in the AVC. Any noise or activity that disturbs the concentration of other users is considered inappropriate.

Remember to bring your notebook and pencil.

Seek the teacher’s permission if you need to leave during a session.

Occupy the front seats first.

Remember to close the door after entering or leaving the AVC.

Pasting anything on the walls is prohibited.

Users should co-operate in keeping the AVC tidy and litter free.

Consumption of food is not permitted in the Audio Visual Centre.

Leave the AVC as soon as your session is over.

Page 14: Code of Conduct

AVC in charge has the authority to ask the students to leave if they create disturbance, or refuse to abide by AVC Code of Conduct.

Compliance to the code of conduct will ensure healthy use of AVC.
