hoW do i submit a neW listing to easi

?Bring your completed listing paperwork to your designatedOn-Site Team Member and upload your photos to FTP. Anasi Listing Specialist will enter the listing into MLS and e-mailou a link to the listing in Paragon or your approval. An easi 

Marketing Specialist will veriy that a fier request has beeneceived and will e-mail a fier proo or your approval. Your newsting will be scheduled to run in the appropriate section o pcoming ads.

What if i have a change to a listing?-mail to your designated On-Site Team Member and the easi 

Team ([email protected]) describing the change

For new listings, complete the Caravanection o the Listing Inormation Form with the names o thehotos you want shown. You may select 5 photos or listings0-$494,999 and 8 photos or listings $495,000+.

hoW do i request additional fliers?

What is LeadRouteR?LeadRouteR is a powerul lead management tool that ensuresvery lead receives a ast, proessional response. The LeadRouteR ours o operation are 8:00 am - 9:00 pm, 7 days a week. You must

participate in LeadRouter training to be eligible to receive leads.

hoW does LeadRouteR WoRk?

1 Customer makes an inquiry: All internet leads will beplaced into the LeadRouteR system and automated orresponse and reporting.

2 LeadRouteR automatically calls Sales Associate: TheLeadRouteR sotware program will automatically check to

see i you are eligible to receive the next lead and then willcall your cell phone. Leads will be sent to the listing agentfrst. I there are dual agents on a listing, the agent in thefrst position will receive the lead.

3 Sales Associate accepts lead and contacts consumer: You can then decide whether to accept or pass a lead.I you pass, the lead is routed to the next available SalesAssociate.

4 LeadRouteR will manage all internet leads: The lead routersotware will be your single tool to manage all internet leads.

5We can monitor lead activity with LeadRouteR reports:

Customized reports will be developed to track our leadson the agent, ofce and company level.

What do i need to do to ensuRe that i’m set 

up foR LeadRouteR?

1 Log on to http://cbworks.coldwellbanker.com: I you arelogging on to CB Works or the frst time, or i you haveorgotten your user name or password, click the link oraccess. Otherwise, log on as usual.

2 Check your LeadRouteR Profle or accuracy: Go toLeadRouteR on CB Works by using the “Quick Links”

located at the bottom let hand side o your screen.Confrm that your LeadRouteR Profle ino is correct.

3 Alert Blair to any Profle misinormation: Contact BlairGoering at 864.250.6875 i you fnd any incorrect ino inyour Profle, especially your cell phone number.

4 Program the LeadRouteR phone number into your cellphone: Program 877.735.3237 into your cell phone sothat you can easily identiy calls rom LeadRouteR.

hoW  WiLL  LeadRouteR  WoRk  if 

inComing Lead is my Listing Lead?

1 You recognize a call on your cell phone rom LeadRouteR phone number and answer. You must p“1” to veriy that the call is not being answered by vmail. I you want to accept the lead, press “1” again.may then stay on the line to listen to the customcontact inormation, or you may hang up.

2 Once you have the customer’s contact inormation, rethe call as soon as possible to secure your new lead.

When you accept a lead, it is yours rom that p

orward. You will have received aLeadRouteR

e-mailwill have 8 hours to log on to LeadRouteR and reporthe status o your new lead. I you do not updatestatus within the 8 hour period, you will no longeeligible or new leads. However, updating your leadthe LeadRouteR system will ensure that you are alweligible or new leads.

4 I you are unable to answer your phone or a lead thyour listing lead, the lead will automatically go to voice mail. You will then have 30 minutes to retrieve lead by calling the LeadRouteR center to get the messI you do not call within 30 minutes o the message blet on your voice mail, then the lead will roll to the available Sales Associate in your ofce.

inComing Lead is a Company oR idX Lead?
