H.O.T. Sheet for Math Class Name___________________________ (MUST be written in INK – may NOT be scribbled out)

RULES 1) You MUST have your H.O.T.

Sheet and your completed HW at the beginning of class.

2) You will NOT be allowed to go back to your locker to get it.

3) All work MUST be shown and HW Format MUST be followed. 4) When you have collected 10 stamps, turn in the H.O.T. sheet for 10 EXTRA CREDIT points. The H.O.T. sheet will be returned to you after the extra credit has been recorded. 5) It will be your responsibility to KEEP this H.O.T. Sheet until it is completely full on the front and back.

Below is a sample of what a student’s H.O.T. Sheet looks like. Each day, a quick check around the classroom and putting a stamp on each student’s H.O.T. Sheet helps to monitor whether or not homework is being complete.
