Description:‘The elms’ assisted living flagship development consists of 52 apartments and six bungalows, for rent, sale and shared ownership, all designed specifically for people aged 55 and over who require support with their care or housing.Delivered at BIM level 2 - The extra care building was designed to BREEAM Very Good and the bungalows to CSH Level 4.

Description:Eston Community Village scheme aims to extend the care and support offered from Barnaby House Extra Care to persons with dementia, mental health problems, and learning difficulties. Eston Community Village consists of 36 apartment homes and 13 bungalows for older persons on an adjacent 1.2 hectare site.
