Order Placement• There is a $250.00 minimum for the opening order.• Reorders are $100.00 minimum. No orders less than a $100.00 will be

accepted unless special permission is givin and order is prepaid.• There is a two-piece minimum on all items except for the wastepaper basket,

boutique tissue, tray and towel tray. Collections sold as sets are not included in this requirement. For certain special quantity minimums may be negotiable.

• FOB New Jersey • Drop shipments available for an extra fee.

Payment TermsAll orders must be prepaid by credit card. We accept American Express, Mastercard and Visa. Please include your credit card information when placing your order. Please examine your order upon arrival for any discrepancies. Freight damage claims must be reported to Paradigm Trends within five (5) days of delivery. Any claim on quality reported before 3 months will receive either replacement goods or credit. No refunds available. No returns will be

accepted without our authorization. Any returns shipped and received back to Paradigm Trends broken becuase of inadequate packing material will not be credited. Authorized returns will be in the form of credit memo only.

Changes to OrdersAny changes or cancellations to the order must be communicated to your sales representative by email within 24 hours of ordering. If not communicated, there will be a re-stocking fee of 20% of your orderd.
