Late Shri Gyanchandji Raisoni
Education is a state of mind, growing and expanding on the part of an individual or a society. Education is not a single skill to be mastered, a body of facts to be memorized, or a product to be obtained but an integrated system to be developed fully.

conducting online exams in Communications Skills, Basics of Computing & Programming for problem solvings, Design & Analysis of algorithm, Computer System Security, Principals of Programming language, Object Oriented Programming language etc.
b. Project-Based Learning: PBL is a dynamic classroom approach in which students actively explore real-world problems, challenges and acquire a deeper knowledge. Students learn about a subject by working for an extended period of time to investigate and respond to a complex question,
challenge, or problem. PBL contrasts with paper-based, rote memorization, or teacher-led instruction that presents established facts or portrays a smooth path to knowledge by instead posing questions, problems or scenarios. Subjects like Computer Application in civil engineering, Structure Design II, Energy System Management etc. were conducted through project based learning.
C. Activity Based Learning: ABL describes a range of pedagogical approaches to teaching. The idea of activity-based learning is rooted in the common notion that students are active learners rather than passive recipients of information. This mode of learning is based on doing some hands-on experiments and activities. This is implemented in subjects like Bio-Systems Engineering, Environmental Engineering II, Transducers & Sensors, AIML etc.
d. Online Teaching Learning : Provide students with more flexibility through a self-directed approach to learning through MOOCs courses like Swayam, NPTEL, Bodhi Tree. NPTEL is an acronym for National Program on Technology Enhanced Learning which is an initiative by seven Indian Institutes of Technology (IIT Bombay, Delhi, Guwahati, Kanpur, Kharagpur, Madras and Roorkee) and Indian Institute of Science (IISc) for creating course contents in engineering and science. GHRCE established NPTEL Local Chapter in which Credit transfer for NPTEL courses are given.
e. Skill Programs: To enhance students skills and to keep students updated with latest industry trends GHRCE always arranges skill programs for students. The skills like like Python, Big Data and Hadoop, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, 3D Printing, Internet of Things, Moodle, Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Experience Manager, Information Security, Data Analytics, Android App Development, JAVA etc. have been given free of cost value addition courses with sufficient hands on.

The Institute appreciates the fact that all students may not be able to keep equal pace in academic pursuit. Special efforts are therefore made to identify those who lag in performance, identifying their specific needs and to make-up proficiency shortfalls through well designed and articulated inputs such as remedial teaching, end semester capsule program and special technical bridge courses in state of art technologies & training on communication skills to enhance competencies.Remedial teaching is provided throughout an academic session to identify academically weak students by providing one additional hour of coaching for all subjects in the regular time table.Institute adopted grade improvement scheme where the students having their CGPA less than 6.75 are given chance to improve their CGPA by appearing in maximum two theory subjects in which they got pass grade. Those students who have secured the FF grade in End Sem or detained & wish to revise their marks of CAE/TAE will be permitted to register for the Summer Term. One offered which is comprised of semester on fast track.Institute also carries out special counseling by TG/ FA, HOD and Dean Academics for improving grades and guidance on subjects to be undertaken.
