Other Degree Options Biotechnology applies genetics, biochemistry, and other biological sciences to develop new products and solve challenges in a range of areas including agriculture, environment, health, forensics, and industry. If you like the idea of learning the molecular tools to make discoveries and design inventive products, biotechnology may be for you. This degree option gives students a strong foundation in cellular and molecular biology and chemistry. There is a strong emphasis on hands- on molecular work and is well-suited for students hoping to enter the biotech job market or graduate programs requiring molecular skills. Other Degree Options

Biotechnology applies genetics, biochemistry, and other biological sciences to develop new products and solve challenges in a range of areas including agriculture, environment, health, forensics, and industry. If you like the idea of learning the molecular tools to make discoveries and design inventive products, biotechnology may be for you.
